FlatBase30+FlatHead-10 (abbreviated as "F30+F10") is a manual single-disc, single-control infinite speed regulation grinding and polishing machine in the FlatSystem combined grinding and polishing machine. Grinding and polishing can be completed on the same machine. The machine comes with a water cooling device, which can perform multiple sample preparation steps from rough grinding to fine polishing on the sample.

The working plate is equipped with a magnetic base by default, which can be matched with a pressure ring.

Heavy lower turntable
The thickened all-aluminum lower turntable is heavy and stable. The support and rotation are more stable. At the same time, the large-mass chassis has sufficient heat capacity to offset the temperature rise, which can prevent overheating during rough grinding of samples.
The cone disc system can quickly remove the grinding disc, which is easy to clean and helps save time.
Speed changed with adjustment
It has single disc with single control.The speed can be adjusted between 0~1000 r/min and changes with adjustment. (No need to stop the machine to adjust the speed)
Water bowl design
It can prevent abrasive particles from flowing into the sewer and causing blockage. It can also complete cleaning conveniently, always keeping the water tank clean.
Universal faucet
Free bending, unrestricted cleaning range, and arbitrary height adjustment.
